What to Expect Upon Your First Visit
How to Get Started
Please obtain previous medical records if transferring from another provider. This will make your visit with the provider more efficient and allow more time for clinical evaluation. If you wish for a provider at OB/GYN Care Orlando to review a test or imaging result from the hospital or testing facility you must provide those documents. You may authorize the release of your previous records to us by completing the form here.
Patient Portal
The Patient Portal is a great way to interact with our office and your important clinical information and results. Upon making an appointment, you will be given an invitation to use the portal through an email sent to you. Using this email invitation, you will be able to log in to the Portal and fill out your health history information as well as interact with your health care team. Filling out your health history and personal demographics will streamline your first visit with us, giving more time and attention between you and your healthcare provider.
What to Bring to Your First Visit
Please bring to your first appointment:
- Your Driver’s License
- Insurance Card
- Payment Method for Co-Pay or Coinsurance
- Medical Records (if any)
Insurance
Please bring your Insurance card with you to your appointment. We will be making a copy of your card as well as your Driver’s License. Please contact your insurance company before coming to your appointment if you should have any doubt as to whether or not you are covered or if your insurance has changed.

If you are paying for your visits out of pocket, please give our office a call. As part of our commitment to the community, we offer a discount rate for various healthcare needs.

What to Expect Upon Your First Visit for Anti-Aging & Aesthetics Check Your Pre & Post Instructions Patients have a patient portal dedicated to Anti-Aging and Aesthetics Services offered by Dr. Krishingner and our licensed esthetician. Once your appointment is booked, instructions and precautions regarding your upcoming procedure or service are posted for your review. It is important to follow pre-procedure instructions. Payments Accepted Anti-Aging & Aesthetics Services are not covered by health insurance. Payment in full will be expected at the time of service prior to your appointment upon arrival. We accept all major credit cards.
